This mentioned pedagogy, guides the formative accompanying of the following principles:
Having a deep respect on woman dignity, autonomy, and faith in her capacity of change and her possibilities of overcoming. Supporting to value in themselves their self-esteem and the sense of her mission in the world as carriers and defenders of life. Developing the knowledge and the capacity of acting personally and collectively. Personalized support for women aimed at improving the quality of life of themselves and their families about:
  • An improvement of those relationships that embrace and value the person for the Self and not for the Have

The Michaelian Pedagogy  goes beyond the knowledge that women might have, since it will be useless if the individual lacks of a service attitude and capacity to solve and transform determine situations.

Training for working has also the merit of creating “persistence” within women, due to the fact of being forced to overcome obstacles and accomplish determine tasks that demand effort.

A love based formative environment is the beginning, mean and aim of christianism and pedagogy. It goes straight ahead to young women’s heart, who not only feel welcome but really loved.
