Our mission
LIBERATION, PERSONAL INTEGRATION AND SOCIAL INSERTION of women exploited by prostitution and/or human trafficking . The DEFENCE of their rights and the knowledge about the social problems and the critical analysis of reality.
Contribute to the full development of women rights, where the Adorer community is present.
Influence on social change through the sensitivity and the report of those structures that do not respect the Human Rights.
WHERE DO WE GO?
Our vision
The Adorers will keep on looking for suitable answers of the existing ways of oppression and other new ones that enslave that woman who is prostituted and/or victim of Human Trafficking.
Our AIM
To contribute to the improvement of women’s quality of life – who are in a situation of prostitution and/or victims of human trafficking – through a process of human development, integral formation, training from the human rights’ perspective, working in the institutional network and the search of working alternatives that compromises them in the transformation of their social and familiar surrounding.
ABOUT OUR PRINCIPLES
They are based on the Michaelian pedagogy that is framed in the dignity and liberation of human being, whose deepest feeling is encountered in the word LOVE, which is part of the direct and personal contact with women. This mentioned pedagogy, guides the formative accompanying of the following principles:
- An improvement of those relationships that embrace and value the person for the Self and not for the Have
- Love as the fundamental attitude for herself, the others, the world and God.
- Formation of critical and moral conscience as an space of liberty and responsibility.
- Family and community as an obligated field of realization of the individual.
- Conservation and improvement of the social and ecological environment.
It emphasizes the central value of the person and the task of liberty as the main points of every formative project. It considers women as the subject of its own formation, capable of making free and responsible decisions that allow her open herself to brand new alternatives of personal and social realization, rejecting manipulation and taking advantage of the new perspectives that media and technology offer, through a rational and critical way, until become an agent of change that supports the familiar and social development by contributing to the liberation of other women.

Training for working is the fundamental value for human promotion, since it drives women to develop skills, competencies and aptitudes on a creational task of personal and social development. Moreover, working has a therapeutic value because it recovers and enhances the inner picture and the integration to the working and social world.
The Michaelian Pedagogy goes beyond the knowledge that women might have, since it will be useless if the individual lacks of a service attitude and capacity to solve and transform determine situations.
Training for working has also the merit of creating “persistence” within women, due to the fact of being forced to overcome obstacles and accomplish determine tasks that demand effort.
A love based formative environment is the beginning, mean and aim of christianism and pedagogy. It goes straight ahead to young women’s heart, who not only feel welcome but really loved. Through this line, love keeps getting young women even in difficult situations, until they understand the necessity they have about overcoming through the formation and training, which contributes by giving a new sense to their lives and families.
